QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY

This policy applies to all activities related to the development, production, assembly and sale of buses, as well as supporting services performed by FENIKSBUS DOO Novi Sad at the location Put Novosadskog partizanskog odreda 1a, Novi Sad.

The policy applies to all employees and relevant interested parties within the scope of the Quality Management System certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

FENIKSBUS DOO Novi Sad recognizes quality as a strategic priority and a key element of sustainable and competitive business performance.

We are committed to consistently providing products and services that meet customer requirements as well as applicable statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements, and to continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
