OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
This policy applies to all activities related to the development, production, assembly and sale of buses, as well as supporting services performed by FENIKSBUS DOO Novi Sad at the location Put Novosadskog partizanskog odreda 1a, Novi Sad.
The policy applies to all employees, visitors and contractual partners within the validity scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificate in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.
FENIKSBUS DOO Novi Sad recognizes occupational health and safety as a primary priority and a key element of successful business operations.
We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, visitors and contractual partners through continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHS) in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
This policy defines the following core commitments and principles:

We apply all relevant laws, regulations and standards in the field of occupational health and safety.
We monitor and implement new regulations and stakeholder requirements. - 2Prevention of Injuries and Occupational Diseases
We identify, assess and control risks that may affect employee health and safety.
We implement preventive measures, technical and organizational controls, and conduct regular inspections of equipment and workplaces. - 3Safe Working Environment
We ensure safe working conditions, adequate equipment and appropriate working tools.
We implement planned activities in accordance with the Risk Assessment Act and Employee Training Plan. - 4Employee Participation and Consultation
Employees are actively involved in identifying risks and proposing improvement measures.
The OHS Management Representative and OHS Team ensure effective communication, participation and consultation of all employees. - 5Continuous Improvement of Performance
We establish measurable OHS objectives and monitor their achievement.
We conduct regular internal audits and system reviews to ensure continuous improvement. - 6Training and Awareness Raising
We organize continuous training and education programs to enhance employee knowledge and awareness regarding occupational health and safety.
We promote personal responsibility of each employee for their own safety and the safety of colleagues. - 7Management Responsibility and Transparency
Top management provides resources, support and leadership in implementing the OHS policy.
OHS results and activities are regularly communicated to all interested parties. - 8Integrated QMS-EMS-OHS Approach

FENIKSBUS DOO Novi Sad confirms its commitment to injury prevention, improvement of employee health and provision of safe working conditions.
This policy is reviewed at least annually or in the event of changes that may affect the occupational health and safety management system.
